I can't get the buttons to not light up on the bottom of my phone when I touch them.

I have a Samsung galaxy s7 edge and I had the button lights off before since I played with the battery settings to save battery usage when I turned it back to normal I noticed the button lights are back on again. I think I used an app last time to turn them off. One website said to look for galaxy button lights but I can't see it in play store. I dunno how to turn the lights off. I tried go ing thru settings and display and to turn the button lights down but it doesn't have the setting on it
