How This Works

After you start your post, our computer will find matching "Tags" and other related content for you to check out.

  1. Retag the post

Our computer isn't as awesome as you, so it doesn't always do the best job tagging posts. You should add/remove/edit the tags yourself, just to make sure they are right. A mix of generic and specific Tags, along with using LOTS of them will help you reach the right place -- be it an answer or an audience.

  2. Start Helping Others!

As soon as your question is posted, we'll show you other users and their posts where you can help them out. Why? It's a fact that when you help others at Help-QA.com, you are far more likely to get a response on your post.

  3. Explore your Tags / Related Posts

We'll see out related posts and also show you Wiki articles related to your post. Perhaps these can quickly get your question answered, check them out.

Tags?

What is a Tag, you ask? Tags are user-grown categorizational schemes. Basically, you help categorize your post using whatever you feel is most appropriate. On most sites, you only have a few, limited categories to post into -- with Tags you can make up and post to as many Tags as are appropriate.
