Is anyone affected by eletromagnetic fields?

Or when using a mobile or computer?

Do u not turn it off at night?

I find my sleep is better with it off.

I think the internet aggitates me and makes me feel depressed sometimes. But its the whole dopamine srutt and when u dont get ur dopamine fix. And gives me a bad mood. Its silly cos inknow its happening but its addictive and im not able to talk with people or know whats going on outside my room otherwise.

I wish i could have visitors like other people.

The light on screens can make my brain burn too

Yes dopamine serotonin gaba and cortisol can all be manipulated by wifi. stress. And alcohol and drugs. Its such a delicate balance. You can literally change the brains chemistry by aerobic exercise like running or fast walking.
Its so delicate that unless its an emergency you should never try to change the brains chemistry tru chemical means. That would create a chemical imbalance.
What you could do is take a college coarse on nootropics.
You can get a better understanding what each neurotransmitter does. How it affects other hormones or chemical messengers.
With some education you could balance the brain by sending in exact chemicals the brain runs on.
For example. Depression is usually caused by a decrease in dopamine.
You can actually buy dopamaine.
Its called el dopa.
The serotonin theory has never been proven. In fact too much serotonin will cause extreem anxiety.
Ill leave it at that because I dont want to recomend something to help with emt.
Ill just say jetmoo if you have not studied nootropics you would find it very fasinating.

Thanks. It does sound very interesting. Im not really well to study much right now though. But i love learning and perhaps one day.

Did u know that neurotransmitters dont function without a molecule of ATP?

And my mitochondria doesnt work as well as it should. ADP to ATP conversion and energy delivery fuels to the mitochondria.

Sure.
I found a way to cross the blood brain barrier.
Its a tool I use to have gabba go directly to mis firing neurotransmittets or more accuratly an over abundance of N.T.
The gabba instantly puts the brakes on H.N.T.
If you dont know the answer Ill give you a clue
