You did a great service for our country. I'm assuming willingly?
So why hurt yourself further?
Because you think your not a hero?
Just because you didnt die doesnt mean your not good enough. Not all heros die.

you'll understand when you watch bowie sing, he smiles the whole song, but whenever he mentions the word hero, he stops smiling, because all hero's are dead, and it is not something to smile about.

i layed in the desert for 3 days without any water, and the only reason i didnt die also was, a iraqi found me and helped me, he was my enemy and he kept me alive till the medics found me.

hehe yeah i agree that with the list of things that are really bad, pretzels arent bad, but im just trying to get away from all bread products until i reach my goal of idk 175 lbs which isnt far as im at 195 atm and a year ago i was 260

yeah thanks, plus i lost like 60 pounds so far, still wanna loose like 20 more but like they say, the last 20 pounds are a pain in the neck to shed... but im working on it, still have a utz pretzel addiction im trying to get rid of, lmao

i hear yah, youre young you have plenty of time, i was fat sick and dying a year and a half ago and could hardly walk 100 feet, thats the main reason i started down this path, and good thing too, now im ten times better and hiking 10-15 miles every weekend.
