As far as I know you must have a link (of some sort).

If you use a phone, press and hold on the image and select choice. If on a computer (mouse) right click for the hyperlink (url) and copy.

Either case...you need to surround the url with sharp brackets ] [ (I've put these ones backwards so they do not activate)

A more perfect question - can I post images directly from my computer - not here or most places. You need a "hosting site" like Tiny Pic or Photobucket (or others) where you can upload images and in turn those images are assigned links of all kinds.
