If you want to get a better grip on the trolls, just try not to turn into the same frustrated kid as your dad tried to make you.
The trolls are the ones with much deeper, personal issues. I'm sure their pets even hate them. So don't (or try not to) take their $#!t personally. If you take it personally, you've lost the war.
