What does it mean??

Someone sent me this message long long time ago, I never figured out its meaning, the sender never explained it to me. Few years later she even forgotten what she meant, can you figure out what it means?

"why not try out the following visual

its different perhaps even irritating eyes
the raised height means winning but I know
youve understood it already. great !"

It sounds like it is in reference to a picture/graphic.

My guess is that it is that without having that pic there is no way to know what it is supposed to mean.
