I have medication, I have trouble staying on it and when I first started help, I had trouble staying on it and then using too much... I'm no longer using more than I should, but still have troubles taking it daily.

I've asked for a certain person to help me remember, but that person doesn't... only when I act irrational and then they say did you take your meds today, which then I find it offensive!

I'm guessing some days you feel like "your ok" therefore there's no need to take your meds..
So when you don't take it for a while that's when it really hits home! And that's when ****shit hits the fan and all loss of control sets in?

Yes and I was diagnosis with Subclinical Borderline personality disorder, which doesn't help things... But I don't meet all criteria. It's just dumb. I get better and then I fall and I fall fast. I have a lot of attitude problems when I'm not exactly thinking properly. Which makes relationships (all types) hard for me to maintain. I cut a lot of people out of my life when I feel they have overstepped or said something they shouldn't.

It sounds like a crippling disorder. And our minds can be our worst enemies at times.
They are also good for beating us down when we think we can't sink any further.
I imagine it's pretty heavy "where matters of the heart are concerned"
And having a partner who is not that understandable must intensify your feelings of self worth?

What is self worth? (Joking) see I have to make a joke or I'll just cry. I don't see myself as worthy or someone that anyone would purposely want to love. I'm a ****fuck up, my whole life has been riddled with ****fuck ups... mistakes I should have learned from and didn't, toxic people I should have walked away from sooner, revenge, resentment, guilt, just a lot of nonsense!

That's where your going wrong,it's NOT nonsense because YOU are going through it. Your putting yourself into a nothing box when in fact you are very much part of it.
I don't know much about your back ground,but by the sounds of it -it's not been all sweetness and light.
Don't treat pain as a bad thing,treat as a Teacher it's trying to learn you /us something.
Past traumas,will never go away but they do hurt less if you don't let them defy your future.

Do some stretches, listen to upbeat music, drink some water, change your underwear. 10/10 will you give more energy to be happier.

When we are running low on energy, it's harder for us to muster up the strength to feel happy or cheery. So do little things that will make you feel like you have more energy.

Sometimes it's just about clearing headspace, too. Giving yourself a small task, or a few, just to transport yourself to a different mood.
