Yes it’s full of antioxidants. All those things you have mentioned I like in food form to.
I’m into spinach as well, any leafy greens are good.

Just been reading up on why it happens. I think I’m allergic to it. I have most of the symptoms I also get the skin flushing which is also a bad sign.
Looks like I’m better off not drinking anything.🙄
