I got fired for "missing money" when I didn't lose any money.

Does the float get checked by yourself before you start work?
What you have described as also happened to me. I was being told that any money short out of the till would come out my pay packet. This went on for a few weeks. I soon got fed up of it and demanded to see the float before we set up the shop. The manager showed me the float and guess what the till was bang on that day so I never paid any money back.
I cottoned on to his game and so did the others.
Shortly after that the Manager was moved to another shop and the tills were always correct.

True, but it seems the more you do, the less it is appreciated.

Yep I couldnโ€™t agree with you more. Well you know what to do(or at least try) Do less and see if that gets you noticed.

So what about you and whatโ€™s your plans for the future?

* sad *

I often get days like this, Pinocchio but lastnight I decided to pick myself up shake myself down and go and join the real world.
Because of my positive attitude Iโ€™ve landed myself a job. A job which I am hoping will open lots of doors for me.
If you donโ€™t live you die, simple. Thereโ€™s so many things to do, so many places to explore.
Intention to fulfill and grab whateverโ€™s out there is my main goal now.
What about you?

Itโ€™s not even depression anymore.

How are you feeling now?

Iโ€™m not going to call you selfish because I have been where you are and I know how dark and terrifying that tunnel can be.
What I do suggest is that you get some proper professional help.
There are people here who have lost loved ones and valuable members from this site,no doubt we would do anything to get them back.
Life can change but only you can make that happen.
Do you have family/friends you can talk to?

I'm not selfish. I've been on my own giving my all for the past decade and that's not even what I'm complaining about. If you knew me you would never call me selfish. Maybe not extraordinarily generous. But how generous you want poor people to feel? lol

But I would love to hear how other people's actions toward me can create an inherent selfishness in myself for sure though! Please entertain me and tell me why it's my fault? LOL

Just so you know I've sought plenty of professional help in the past and here I am today still bitching. So anything new you can think of that hasn't been tried a million times or suggested by million other people?

I appreciate your trying to help for sure!

Most people use that old cliche โ€œif you try to commit suicide your being selfishโ€
Sorry if I inadvertently offended you it was not my intention.

What is it you want to change?
You talk about being poor.. How can you make a difference if you had the money?
If you had the power to be anyone or anything in this world what would it be?

Sorry I am only just replying to this post.

Sorry to hear about your Grandma. Iโ€™m guessing your pretty close. What about your Parents how do you get on with them?

Have you moved to another apartment if so how is it going?

No offence but if my friend tried to help me with a getting a job I would see that as a good thing?
It goes to show they have your back(well it does to me anyway)
It wouldnโ€™t anger me in the slightest.
Maybe your friend(s) knew the kind of reaction and thought it best to keep quiet so they didnโ€™t upset you?
You do seem quite fiery, Pinocchio.
I know life can be ****shit. Some rollercoasters make you literally sick and the ride never seems to stop.
I donโ€™t have a magic wand that will take your pain away, but what I do have and always will have is your best interests at heart.
I know I might give crappy advice like telling you to get help (which you probably already have a gazillion times) But just remember not everyone wants to kick you when your down, there are good people in this world. I hope you find some inner peace. Take care of you.
