I sort of disagree there, Al. A house maybe a house to you,but some hold precious memories which are irreplaceable. I’m speaking from my own perspective here and I know how it feels to be uprooted with little to no option.

How to stop stress?

Try some breathing techniques. Also music is my bag, if I feel stressed I’ll listen to music(if it’s within reach)
Also keeping the mind active as well as the body. Excercise is also good when you need a quick pick me up.
Last thing find out the reason why your ‘stressed’ then take it from there.

I think we’ve all done stupid things as kids, it’s part of growing up. I know I’ve done plenty, if ai could turn the clock back I would but it’s futile even trying.
So you just have to learn from it and be a better person.
Admitting your faults is the first step which you clearly regret your actions as many others do.
It’s time you forgave yourself. Your only human at the end of the day.
Stop being so hard on yourself.
