I knew I was out of shape but...

Start by walking about 20 minutes a day. Eat more fiber and lots of salads fruits and veggies . Stay away from all processed food. No sugar. Drink a lot of spring water. 8 glasses. Reduce sodium. Sodium retains water and you bloat up. If you have a partner get more romantically physical. Meditate. Yoga. Look at you tube videos of yoga. You really have to move more than your used to unless you have a health issue and you cant move. Breaking inertia is the hardest part. After about a few weeks of 20 minute walks increase to 30 minutes and than 40. If you cant do aerobics now your body will adjust. Traing effect. Who knows you may enjoy walking down the road. As it turns out I need some advice :)

Bring a resume. It doesnt have to be utilized. Writing a resume helps with your self esteem. It brings you into your power and self worth . Gives you an edge of confidence. Even if you dont use it tomorrow.
