It was a really sad affair all around. She suffered from early onset dementia & watching it progress was pretty traumatic for all involved. More so for my sisters & especially so for my youngest 1. I live hundreds of miles away, while they were local, though it was jarring every time I visited. It basically ended up killing my father cuz she was basically what he lived for & as she slipped away.. so did he.

Yes; garbage, garbage out. Exactly...and if it keeps re-consuming the same garbage it previously put out, it will be useless in ten years.

Traffic...well...most websites depend on traffic to survive, whether to sell ads or products. I do agree click bait and deceptive pages are a terrible curse, but I don't see AI making it better any time soon. Rather, I see the day when NOTHING on the internet can be trusted to be real. Worse, many of the other sources of information and news are beginning to rely more and more on AI...thus leading us into a world where the only genuine, real-life experiences are those that are unplugged and off-grid.
