Money / debt help.

Try Martin Lewis for help, he's always really good with debt advice.

And I think theres ways that you can bundle it together and pay in manageable amounts, but I can't for the life of my remember how.

Could also try national debt line.

Looking for a new laptop.

Im aware simcity shut down, but its a completely different game, though I would have loved more of it. Maxis is still up and running, sims mobile game is coming soon and sims4 packs are still being released. Im hopeful that they will continue.

Plus a working mother and father would still be contributing to that childcare

My government has granted daycare so you can have a career and I'll pay the child care. Unfortunately there is no money left for health care, seniors and families to enjoy themselves. It's a big issue and something I'd wouldn't think too much about.

But you could say that about everything.... I dont want kids but I still have to contribute to peoples education, Ive never been to uni but I still have to contribute to that, Ive never needed the fire services, military, pensions, job seekers allowance, disability benefits, transport (i have a car which is taxed separately), I dont use libraries or museums. but still have to pay for it all.....

Students are always more liberal anyway. And are the most vocal.

not sure how much Sims5 require required graphic, but i doubt that laptop will be able to run it.

Actually, specifically for sims I think you could do with a laptop, if not obsessed with the graphical aspect. Have been requested to install 4 on a couple mediocre (tested on the somewhat old one) laptops, and found it has this simple "laptop mode" in the graphics section. With that setting, testing showed no issue with speed (fps), although if I recall correctly took a few minutes to start up (perhaps due to hdd) and may have caused some heating, pretty much anything with graphics does that.

A discussion of the difference - mostly lighting, as it seems. Note that 5 may or may not change this feature.

Yes, I have 4 on my laptop, its getting a bit laggy now but I think thats due to all the chrome tabs open. 4 was designed to run faster than 3, which got terribly slow when you bought many addons. 4 wasnt a big hit but 3 was so they might return to that format, making it slower. it doesnt really matter at the minute since i cant even find any news on the 5 game, they may not even do one. and if they do then i might buy a desktop if needed.

I disagree, we have seen the results of a whole different world. We are nothing like we were in the 70's. The biggest contribution is probably social media, especially youtube, and those seeking fame through being stupid.

Husband :P (I'm female btw, but not likely to marry at all)

When your husband was bitching with a hang over and wanted to call in sick you'd kick his asss or he'd be labeled as a dead beat. Dead beats today enjoy a life today at someone else expense. I'm pro female but believe the family unit has been moved to the bottom of the list and it's all "me" and greed. Rich kids and poor kids...no middle.

I think thats quite unfair. Especially in the UK, cost of living is so expensive, if you dont have an excellent job then its doubtful that you would be able to afford a mortgage and living costs with only one income. Especially in London. And why shouldnt woman have a career? We can contribute just as much as men. If I was to get married and have kids there is absolutely no way I would spend my day babbling to a child, it would drive me crazy.
