can companies legally screw with customers with false lead with their loyalty/reward systems.

as per fine print- for example.. they can scrap ur points due to expiration dates.

just a legal question here.. trying to be a consumer advocate here.

There's a famous line in the movie "War Games."

"The best way to win is not to play the game in the first place."

With that said, pay close attention -

"The world is a college of corporations, inexorably determined by the immutable bye-laws of of business."

In other words....they always have an out. You take the hit.

I loved that movie, War Games. Not a huge hit at the box office though. I may be mistaken @BA1 but I think the quote went "The only way to win the game is to not play it in the first place".
And the game in question was thermo nuclear war. I would bet a box of donuts Trump never saw it. Or if he did the ending confounded that wee-little brain of his.

I only bring him in because of the current state of affairs with Iran. Appologies BAO.

@soco
It was a nice little adventure in its heyday.
And thank you for correcting the quote, after all it has been nearly 15 or so years since I sat down to it. (I really should catch up.)
As for Trump....well....he isn't going to deal with Iran in the same way Jimmy Carter did in the late 70's...
