Ozone generators can kill airborn viruses.

Yes they can be a lung irritant.
However at the lowest setting wouldnt harm lungs.
I got mine set at midway.
The suppermarkets need to look into this.
Just saying.

Personally, I like ozone generators. Honestly don't know how they could be a lung irratant though.

Lightening storms are excellent purifiers of air - electrically generated ionization also generates more oxygen.

Can't hurt, but I wouldn't consider it 100%.

Just good clean living is best.

Home versions are tamed way down. Just like hydrogen peroxide. Both can take on more of an industrial nature, but what you buy from your local Wal mart is a mere shadow from imposing all the risks that were mentioned (I would say with the exception of plants.)

Yes.my ozone generator is
perfectly safe due to regulations and comon sense.
Its actually makes me feel better due to the extra oxygen in the air. Destroys odors More awake and focused. The key is during the covid 19 it does kill bacteria and viruses.
The fear mongering is based on a lot of ignorance and misinformation.

Corono virus is a much heavier virus .... it dose not stay in the air for long and a ozone generator will not affect it at all .... as for UV lamps .... for that to be effective the output would have to be high and would burn you.

They do use UV in the medical industry for sterilising.... but not around people.

Best to stick to the medical advise from authorities and stop reading rubbish on the net.

You DONT know what you are talking about. OZONE GENERATORS FILL THE WHOLE ROOM WITH OZONE. NOT JUST THE AIR. THE SURFACES AS WELL. I KNOW. I OWN ONE.Nice try . And how is it that your an expert on the virus, as if it stays airbourn or falls to the ground? Even the experts dont know ..
I Also could give you several informative links, to books I read on ozone. Somehow I doubt you would read it.
Ill give you the same advice.
Stop reading rubbish on the internet.

Sophie, according to the advice of one medical authority, you should have a spray bottle full of water in one hand and a hair dryer in the other....
Since the virus "can't live long in higher tempratures," you are to inhale through the nose the over 230 degree (F) heated air and then "mist" the surrounding air, breathing that through the nose as well....

Tactics is the ability to teach people how to bray like a jackass yet make them think they're roaring like lions....

@Yorick

That's the most reasonable thing I've heard in a long while.
