How do you post videos?

Youโ€™d need to upload to a video hosting site- like YouTube or Vimeo or the like.

Tinypic has video functionality. They seem low quality in general, but that might owe to the source (blasted smartphones) - technically up to 500mb / 15m per vid.

Just as Rockster said - a host website. I have a You Tube account to which I upload videos in high quality HD.

Reflecting on what Yeti has said -
I also have a Tiny Pic account which is where I upload all my Avatars - that way I can realistically give them to the person I make them for.
Photobucket is over filled and slow. They've become lazy and it takes forever to get anything done (scrap it).

But, in general, if you're trying to import an existing video into Help site, (let's say from You Tube or Vimo), just right click on the video and copy the video URL.
Then, directly paste it where-ever you need to Reply. From there, the automated system of Help will bring it in.
Hope this helps.

That's because you may not have high-speed service.

Not only that, the file format of the video may not be what You Tube likes the best (so it spends extra time converting it to a different format).

You Tube likes MP4 or MPEG 4 file formats. A good pixel range would be 720 (wide) by 480 (high).

It also helps to have video editing software and conversion-ware to work with your videos.

I'm always excited to hear of our members that have You Tube accounts - would you have a link to yours?
