Is a mobile version in the works?

Very happy to have been a part in the resurrection, but the biggest part is building back a community like we had before- and for that part, I need everybody else's help. This site is just a bunch of code sitting on some server in Ohio somewhere. What made Help.com such an amazing place was the people that were there and the people that helped each other out.

It makes me so happy to see that even some of the users that were around 10 years are still here and willing to be a part of it. I can't wait to see where we go. :)

Seeing as itโ€™s the first day with users, itโ€™s not that surprising though.
My avatar is uploading just fine- would you mind elaborating on the problem youโ€™re having and Iโ€™ll get it fixed ASAP. :)
Details such as an error message or whatโ€™s going wrong when you try to upload would be greatly appreciated. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Yep! Iโ€™m going to be working on making it responsive and nice as we go on. Just figured for a first version Iโ€™d start with what was already here and go on from there. :)

I do hope to keep it ad free! It depends how maintainable it becomes. Right now I can afford to hold the site up at the current cost, but as time goes on- who knows?

It all depends on how eveeything goes. Iโ€™m glad itโ€™s being well taken after and I hope it continues to do so! ๐Ÿ˜„

I think this is the site (help.com) where my daughter, Pink Freud (Alice) modded.

I remember her vaguely. :) I donโ€™t think I spoke to her much, but I remember seeing her around!

I am going to start with a post fraught with issues.....

That's a really tough one, unfortunately.

Girls her age are going to have body image issues with or without a brother nagging at them. Its doesn't really help to get after the brother, since she will think you are trying to protect her- which will end up making her even more self conscious.

The best thing to do is to continually support and encourage her. Tell her you're there to talk if she needs, and ask if there is anything you can do to help. It sucks, but part of growing up is going through those things and learning from them. As long as she's got a support system and knows you will be there for her, she'll make it through this. :)
