I agree with sherlock. Everyone of us has mental health issues. And if you don't thats an issue in a league all of its own knowing how insane the world is around us . I would think you would have sociopathic tendencies but who am I to judge.

I have been on this site for a long time!

I have an honest take on it. I believe that help dot com was great in the past because of the time frame it was in. It was great and had rhythm and momentum that just grew every day. Like the Beatles.. let it be. If you will. Once the momentum reached a climax the energy scattered to other venues. It served a purpose and now we are looking to relive that magic. Its nostalgia now. They say myself included that if the Beatles played their magic in 2018 they would barely be noticed. An energy in motion tends to stay in motion. An energy at rest tends to stay at rest. Law of inertia.
For me personally its a fond memory from my past. We all grew and we all changed and moved on. Im still glad help is back . I do know it was the beatles .

I had girlfriends .live in girlfriends since I was 16. My last one cured me of any desire to continue getting involved. I am most happy being single. It took a whole life to figure that out. Sorry for the lack of details but Its too personal. Amen to being single

We dont know as of yet the cause. We do know that the chemistry in the brain is a delicate balanxe of hormones neurotransmitters dopamine serotonin . It can not be measured and as of today the chemical imbalance theory is just that. A theory. We dont know. Yes for sure cortisol is more abundant in the body. Cortisol is a stress hormone. Again we just dont know the cause.
