Hello, HelpQA~~I was a member of the original Help.com years ago and a member of the QA as well.

This place is back to its original form, I wonder why nobody finds it? Of course I had forgotten about it and I got a new computer for Christmas and when I turned it on, everything that I had five years ago was suddenly new! Here I am.............

Oh and you can get some kind of lithium or lithium substitute over the counter, that might work better than fish oil.

Fish oil is supposed to be effective. Eat lots of fresh fish and meditate and get on a regular pattern. Avoid stress, if that's at all possible...

I've seriously got to know what age group you fall into. If you're over 70 I truly believe you're done with relationships, but I have a feeling that's not the case. Good luck with that plan though, get back to us in six months and tell us how it's going. I have a feeling you'll be back on the prowl before then.

Sorry about your situation. I know how you feel though. My wife had 5 kids in 6 years and I swing a hammer for a living. So yeah we were poor, but somehow we managed to smile and have fun. I think companionship is really important in that kind of situation. Being alone and miserable is a lot worse than being miserable with a bunch of family around if that makes any sense. We were all in the same boat and managed to keep our spirits high.
