I know a lot of you aren't living in the U.S., but...

We don't have such things here. I'm flabbergasted by the mention of "free" - taking such pictures has a price tag normally? No intention to degrade the experience or anything, but I thought it'd be more of a neatly organised sponsored attraction than akin to the various costumed street performances.

Normally when you go somewhere to have pictures taken it cost money to print them out and for the frame, too. Like taking family pictures or graduation photo's. In this case, posing with Santa at a pet store ha-ha. Where are you from Yeti?

is UK netflix really different than US netflix? Do you have shows we don't ?! I want to know the difference ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

Yep! Netflix has to get different licenses/permissions to show different shows. Plus countries have different laws/restrictions that must be adhered to.

Not sure why- but a lot of shows will give Netflix permission to post in some countries but not others. Don't know the reasoning behind that. ๐Ÿ˜„

Where are you from Rocktser? Which netflix do you have!

hows everyone in the UK finding the snow?

Unfortunately where I live we don't get snow. At least not every year. The last time I think it snowed was 2014 or 2015? And it lasted for a less than a day. sigh..

The majority of true mental illnesses aren't seen til it's too late, and even when the person suffering tries to get help they're ignored, until something major happens and it's too late

There's also a huge population of society that doesn't acknowledge or "believe" in mental illness to begin with. So it's hard to get people the help they need when other people in charge don't believe they even need it.

I hardly ever post anything on facebook and when I do, hardly anybody replies.

There are different types of people on this planet. Those who truly care about social media, those who don't but still use it, and those who don't care to use it at all. Maybe your friends with people who use it but don't care enough about it to post or comment or like things. I use facebook as a distraction when I have nothing else to do. But I don't hardly ever comment on other peoples posts. And it has nothing to do with how I feel for them or what they posted. I just don't care about social media in that way to be active on it.

As someone going into the teaching field, I am scared sh!tless when I think about what happened there. Hopefully going forward from Sandy Hook, schools will be better prepared to spot and treat students with mental illness...
