For light sensitivity of artificial light on devices, what is the best product to filter out the light, mostly the blue light in particular?

I’d like it to block out as much blue light as possible. I’m not bothered about the dullness affecting “enjoyable experience of using”. I can’t use laptop fullstop and it’s not for enjoyment anyway. Just need to be practical.

This is particularly for a laptop screen.
But could also be for some other things too but the laptop is the worst.

Then I might be able to use it to get some jobs done to move forward to get care I need.

Any other ideas are welcome.

I don't know if you're running Win 10 on your rig, but the nighlight mode might come in handy. Also, the blue spectrum can be monkeyed around with via Intel Graphics Settings or the AMD equivalent.

Thank you!! I'll ask my mam to look into it for me 😊 I'm not sure how P&P will work to get them to England but can ask mam to look into it as she does my money.

Thank you. I don't really understand the technological language you're using. I'm not good with computers. Especially these new ones. I'm well out of date.

Oh this one is quite a new one. Although my cousin said it was an old one. I'll have to find model out tomorrow when mam can help (if I remember).

My cousin who gave it to me put flux on it but even at lowest light it is still too bright. But lowest light is quite red too.

But it's not just the brightness. Even the red glow affects me if it's too.. strong?

Am I even making any sense?

I'd like for the white main screen to be black instead.

I'd like to try white words on black screen.

Infact trying grey words on black screen would be good to try.

I dunno how.

Computers are all gibberish these days. They got so many options to pick from, theres so much to process. It gets me confused.
XP was better lol

I can't even choose a desktop background like used to be able to on the old XPs.

Then I'd have picked black lol

The opposite color of blue is yellow.

You can try layering a thin sheet of yellow plastic over the screen.

I think it would filter down the blue spectrum and make it lean more toward gray (or black and white).

I'm not entirily sure but it's worth a try.

Thank u. I'm not sure how it would work but its worth thinking about.
