I feel so nervous but so proud of myself.

My job sent out company wide surveys for us to do on our managers. I think they are supposed to be anonymous. HR might be able to see them. Not sure. But my manager is horrible and is terrible to me. She talks down to me all of the time. On the survey there was place for us to comment and I told everything. I told them how she treats people, how she wonโ€™t listen, how there is miscommunication there, etc. I feel proud that I did this but now Iโ€™m nervous that she will find out that I said something. I feel like I worded it in a way where it could be from anyone. But still.

Surveys are used to improve the overall company, not to out specific employees. To take the time to match each survey to specific employees takes lots and lots of time. Why? Because they have to be 100% accurate on each and every one. Zero tolerance for mistakes. So take your anxiety level down a notch or two. You have nothing to worry about.
