Can someone help me please?

Ok i was planning on some smart devices to help monitor health stuff but im not happy about using apps n online stuff.

I was looking at a V19 smartwatch but it needs Wofit app which needs access to my camera and microphone

The wristoximeter uses an app that wants to know loads of stuff too

Can anyone advise me on devices that will accurately monitor and record

๐Ÿ”ธheart rate variability
๐Ÿ”นOxygen saturation
๐Ÿ”ธvibrates to alert when heart rate goes beyond a set number
๐Ÿ”นECG
๐Ÿ”ธpulse strength

Im gutted. Im not a lover of EMF but ive found research where i could use them to help me improve with my M.E to help me not "do too much"

I want to be able to record my heart rate constantly and see graphs.

Same with oxygen saturation

Its complex to explain if you dont already have a certain degree of knowledge in this area

I wonder if buying a 2nd hand mobile and just literally using it for the medical stuff might be best?

Nothing currently on the market that does not connect to the Internet so you would be paranoid of somebody watching you sleep in Nairobi, Kenya.
