I will put more thought into what you said, and reply better tomorrow whilst at work when I have more time.

But -

Considering 911 was tour government, that 50mil bounty would have to be paid for a government assassination to get revenge for 911

I have in the past considered bin Laden's involvement in 911, and the most obvious answer is - the government struck a deal with him

Even before he was blamed for 9/11 he was already one of the most wanted people in the world

He was allowed to go free as long as he disappeared and was never seen again.
He could never reveal what he knew, and in return he would be left alone.
There would be more to the deal than that, but that's the base of it
This way the gullible feel appeased, the government seem like they've followed through and solved an issue, and all the rich get richer off the back of the world's biggest 'terror ' attack and the people are kept in the dark.

? I may not be up to date on this.

ah, may only be such a big story in the UK

the story is she was about 4 yrs old and kidnapped on holiday in Portugal

This happened maybe 10 yrs ago and the government is still throwing millions into looking for her.

The unofficial story is the parents played a role in her disappearance

even if that isnt true, there have never been any charges brought against them for neglect since theyd gone out that night and left her home alone.

Yea, but Harold shipman pissed off the wrong people so was then busted for the deaths of a few hundred old people.

Everyone in power is trying to.whittle down the numbers of population, be that by government invented cancer or aids, or poisoning of some type or another, or whatever method.
Culling isn't legal as declared of human culling, so they have to create new ways of doing it
