Try to determine the source of anxiety. It will usually come from one of two places; externally (such as a piece of paper caught in a fan making noise when you're in a situation and can't take care of it), or completely internal from your thoughts.

If you're feeling anxious because of impending situation(s), it's best to leave your imagination out of the loop and make a basic plan. Sometimes, you just got to let $#!t happen. If it's beyond your control, what can you do. Ride the ride. Usually something works out along the way.

As for the above, if your anxiety is brought on strictly by thought, you may want to discipline your mind with mental exercises to help curb your feelings of stress.

We all live in trying times. Find other people who are going through the same thing and see what skills they have that may ease the tension of their feelings.

Good luck.

Tip #1: Turn off watching FOX News or OCN and any other streaming bullshit channel you have on and go back to watching ****porn. With headphones.

Tip #2: Reread tip #1.

Ultimately if its chronic and nothing you do seems to help, it may be something that requires medication. You don't necessarily need to go to a shrink for that, often your primary dr can prescribe something.

That said try taking a walk and listening to something that will keep you from having anxious thoughts. Like music or a podcast on something that does not relate to anything stressful.

When i am anxious i usually feel the need to move so that is what i try to do. I will pace and talk to someone.

If you find yourself having an anxiety attack, immediately try these steps called "grounding".
1. Look for 5 things you can SEE.
2. Find 4 things you can TOUCH.
3. Listen for 3 sounds you can HEAR.
4. Find 2 things you can SMELL.
5. And finally, find 1 thing you can TASTE.

I'm down with the ****porn answer myself, but if that doesn't help lots of alcohol and xanax will help immensely. Hell you might even forget why you started drinking and eating pills... and yes xanax can be bought without the help of a doctor. You can get them over the counter in Mexico if you can't find any dealers in your hood.
