And this only happens in Shout boxes? Seems strange that you can type here - If the keyboard is freezing that sounds like the device you're using, or the text box isn't active/focused.

That's super strange. I haven't seen that happen- and there doesn't appear to be anything on your account that would cause that. I'll continue to look into it though! Seems there are occasional oddities with entering text in various places- though this is the first I've heard of it happening in the shouts.
