Dogs do it.

Birds don’t. Whales and even cockroaches do, but goldfish don’t. I’m talking of course about passing gas, breaking wind...or just farting, what makes turtles toot and gorillas gassy, but octopuses methane free. also sloths fart from their mouths and sea cucumbers dont fart.

It legitimately distresses me to know that birds do not fart. I miss my parakeet, Buddy, and I want to hear a tiny little toot and look up at the bird cage just in time to see the doofy little bird either flap his wings in startled embarrassment, or look me dead in the eye with a smug beady-eyed stare.

Parrots sometimes emit fart-like sounds, but it's not what you might think."They like to make playful sounds like they're giving you a raspberry, but it's coming from the north end, not the south...

God, yes they are. Those little budgers... they'll chew the wood of their toys or benches until the splinters destroy their tiny organs. But before that, they make sure to live a fulfilling life of screaming whenever the big humans are trying to watch a movie.

I was staying in Florida on the beach with some friends and they had a couple of cockatiels that just were living in the house, not in a cage or anything. My buddy that was vacationing with me had a diamond earring and the birds kept landing on his shoulder pecking at his ear trying to grab the diamond.

Anyway I left early one morning to go pick up girls errr... I mean lay on the beach and get a tan and I accidentally let one of the birds out of the house. I got home that afternoon and they were all frantic, you let our bird out! You have to go find it... right.

So the next morning I go walking down the beach asking anyone if they had seen a bird. Low and behold some old lady said a man had a bird land on his shoulder and he took it home with him. She even knew exactly where he lived which was a miracle because it was a giant condominium/apartment complex 20 stories high with a million apartments. She took me up to his place and there was the stupid cockatiel hanging out having breakfast with him. He had some other birds too it wasn't his first rodeo.

He was kind enough to lend me a small cage and I took the bird home and was a hero. Well at first they thought I was full of ****shit and had just bought a new bird, but somehow the girl that owned the bird could tell it was hers. Never in a million years did I think there was any way that bird would ever make it home. Miracles do happen.
