How do i use my webcam?

i just bought an MSI, but the webcam software seems to say that i need a license? if i have a webcam surely i dont need to buy software to use it?

can anyone help me out?

Could the license be for editing the video files? To broadcast raw feed from the cam itself does not require a license, no.

I have such a hard time with webcams. Iโ€™m usually the type of person that puts tape over the camera on my laptop because it makes me feel uncomfortable though. ๐Ÿ™„

I would have said the same thing as Soco- look up online if there are any free drivers available that you can use. Usually if you open up the devices in your computer management folder, it will let you see a preview of the webcam when itโ€™s working properly.
