i said some horrible things about a good person.

there's no way for it to get back to them unless they're listening to me in my apartment, but still i feel bad about it.

i'm so lost i'm attacking even my friends...

If you feel confessing wouldn't be the right thing to do, try undo-ing the damage some other way

the damage is to myself. i said it mostly to myself. a roommate heard but he won't talk about it to anyone else. but to even have the anger to come up with such things to say is the reason i feel so bad. to feel i have any reason at any moment to have said that, even if just to myself, is pretty gross.

There has to be a reason for feeling so lost, hon.
Sometimes we do strike out at the innocent when we are feeling left out, or just when feeling a bit blue.
Since no damage was done, first you have to forgive yourself for your blurb.
The fact that you are so torn with the mistake says a lot about you though.
Just be more careful....Let yourself move on.
It will be ok..... Really!

You need to ease up on yourself... it's okay to scream and vent. May even be good for you. We all say things we don't mean, just be glad you didn't say it to the person's face, that what usually happens to me, and it usually turns out to be my wife. So see really you're pretty much golden. If it makes you feel better start saying good things about horrible people.
