I knew I was out of shape but...

My husb and I have been going to the gym for a month now.

Went tonight and I got stuck in the leg curl machine. I can barely lift any weight, whether legs or arms, doesn't matter...and I have zero endurance for bicycle or treadmill.

Just keep on keeping on and things will improve quickly :) Good luck with it

Personally, I absolutely LOVED his replies. But he did piss a few off....

I know lots of people from the old site, but so many of them have different issues in their lives now. Anubis, jjlove, misenigma, Supergirl, and Sans....I think about inviting them, but I don't know if it's "the place" for them now, if that makes sense(??) I might still make the invites

As it turns out I need some advice :)

Bring the resume. You don't have to present it until and unless you need to.

But having a resume ready gets your thoughts in order, puts you in the mindset of having your assets front and center, so to speak...

Not sure if anyone is interested but the original Help started in 1999.

I found it when I was working on my master's degree and having serious marriage issues. If I remember, it came up in my search engine by total accident. I think that was in 2007. It was a total lifesaver for me and when things got okay in my life, I hung around and helped until the site left. Some of the friends I made on help are people who I met in real life, too and who are still friends today.
