Why do people act up sometimes?

I have been wanting to start working out and start getting into shape (Round is a shape though!)

So I SUCK at dieting. It’s only been 1.5 months, but I’m feeling much better since I started.

1. I’m trying to stop thinking of it as a diet and more like a lifestyle change. Whenever I’m craving sugar or something fattening, I remind myself of how awful I feel afterwards.

2. I am doing the keto diet which works for me - I’m working too much to make something new all of the time so I keep my meals simple and cheap. Eggs for breakfast, tuna salad or chicken salad + an avocado for lunch, and then usually baked broccoli in coconut oil and a meat. If I want to treat myself, I’ll eat a quarter cup of halo top ice cream.

3. I’m slowly incorporating exercise by walking more. Parking farther away, going up and down the stairs more at work, that sort of thing.

So far I’ve lost a decent amount of weight but I still have a ways to go. I stopped craving sugar the way I did before, though.

Where has all of my patience gone?

Nope @Araz . Just spoiled. You are used to certain things being a certain way and in a certain order. When a glitch happens now you take it as a personal afront to your psyche. Learn to take deep breaths and just let it go. Repeat, "this too shall pass" for the next 90 seconds.

I don’t think it’s that I’m spoiled. I’m just tired of people not using common sense and having to hand hold constantly. I do try to calm myself down and let things go, which is difficult when you have anxiety, but I try my best. I think I was having a freak out moment when I posted this.

Sometimes, I will have patients. I'll hold your hand and take the time to carefully word everything - I'll consider the tenderness of those delicately exposed nerves....
Other times....not so much.

I love you guys 😂

There's this girl that gives the traffic reports on the radio in Nashville and every day she tells about all the wrecks all over the city and how slow the traffic is. Every day she says "pack your patience".

I actually really love this ❤️

I have infinite patience with animals and children. Just not obtuse adults.

you're on a warm sandy beach, the cool breeze of the ocean blowing through your hair, you can feel the sand under your deck chair, also cool from the shade. the slight scent of coconut from the oil wafts in your nose. all your troubles seem like someone else's....

😂 sounding like a hypnotist, there, Jebus

Ladies/gentlemen, what is the ideal maxi dress length for individual who are 5ft 4?

I’m an Independent but I lean left BUT I didn’t watch the Oscars because I always find them boring. That picture is hilarious though 😂

I would put it on, wear the shoes you would normally wear with it, and pin the bottom of the dress up so the dress is brushing the toes of your feet. Then just sew it up or take it to a tailor for roughly $5ish. You don’t want to trip all over your dress lol.
