If u don't give ur body the right ingredients then ur body cannot make the right neurotransmitters that make u feel good (and other stuff).

If ur diet is poor then mood will be poor.

Ps. The brain loves fat, not carbs. That's why omega fatty acids r so good the brain. (If u wanna know more just ask. I'll share if u can at the time)

This is just random. But protein doesn't contain carbs, but when u go over a certain amount of protein it can then convert to carbs.

Carbs feed microbes in the stomach and increase aerobic microbes which then cause lots of other problems.

If u are interested Dr Myhill has a lot of information free on her website I'd u put her into Google.
She also done YouTube videos and other stuff.

Im going brain foggy now..

She tried to put as much info out there for people so they can learn and take care of their own health.

There's a fb group called supporters of Dr Myhill's protocol for M.E/CFS
And u can put questions there even if u don't have M.E.

Lots of people have advice to share there with health.

Moods are affected by low blood sugar.

It's cos u r consuming so many carbs. Sounds like the carbs u r having a short chain not long chain so the energy doesn't last very long.

Then u get hypo symptoms.

There is so much connected in the body.

I've been very unwell for 5 yrs now and been trying rk learn how to get myself better. I found hope from Dr Myhill's book on M.E

However her other books are amazing too and I'd recommend.

She also has one on reversing diabetes. And I'd recommend looking at the book sustainable medicine by her.

I have learn so much from her. I know how to get myself well now for the most part.

I'd look into PK diet but if u so then to be careful cos u need to know some other info before doing it.

Dr Myhill is a genius. She has changed my world and cos of her I finally understand why I am sick and why I get symptoms.

I love biology and did it at A level and she makes a lot of sense.
