Is there anyway to recover posts from the past?

As it turns out I need some advice :)

My primary job will be teaching the cadets (ages 12-19) the course curriculum (Which includes: leadership, drill, bushcraft, orienteering, civic duty, etc). As for qualifications, as a former cadet I should (in theory) know it all ๐Ÿ˜„ That said the CO knows me, and my position within my job, so he knows that I'm qualified.

As for getting the job, the biggest thing is getting the Vunerable Sectors Screening Police Check, because I'll be working with kids. Once that, and the other paperwork is done, it is sent up the chain of command, and then approved or not.

From what the CO said though he has never seen one get turned down as long as the police check was clean.

So, as it turned out I didn't need the resume. And at this point I have taken the first steps to becoming an instructor.
Now I just need to fill out the million pages of paperwork, get some references, and get the police check done.
Sigh. ๐Ÿ˜„

Unfortunately this is the wrong Exeter ๐Ÿ˜„ This is for the UK. I'm in Canada. It is a bit far to walk/swim for my first yoga lesson ๐Ÿ˜‹

Thank you for the birthday wishes. ๐Ÿ˜„

Thank you all for your encouragements and suggestions. ๐Ÿ˜„

Soco I will be sure not to diet.... at least not any more than what I'm on now. My gut troubles are still as strong as ever, and one diet is enough. โ˜บ

Eddieee, I don't know if running is my thing. Like I said, cardio is out of the question... not to mention that the snow on the ground is a deterrent. I do have a skipping rope though, and have tried that once so far.

Rockstar, unfortunately I don't know yoga, and don't have access to an instructor... at least not a free one.

Thank you again for your suggestions and encouragements. I will definitely be keeping at it.

Perhaps ask. I'm going to guess that we'll need more than one or two mods.
