Is there anyway to recover posts from the past?

Or, are they lost forever?
When the old help was lost, did it lose all of its old content too?

The old posts are on the interim site. www.helptogo.com

I think @Padre_J_Roulston might have a database dump of the content. But Iโ€™m not certain.
Either way, it was a loooooooooot of data, and itโ€™s probably best to have this one start fresh. :)

I don't care much for the old stuff. This is great, has the same comfy feel as the original. I like the name too. Great job guys. You must have worked hard to get this up and running. Much obliged.

Yeah but that was the content on Helptogo.com... not on the OLD Help! Right?? lol That WOULD be A LOT of content! And I'm almost sure it's all gone by now...

All of the old posts from Help.com are on helptogo.com in the archive section. :)

Padre, where is the archive section?? I was never a member of those last two sites, only the old Help.

I searched for my name in the old posts ๐Ÿ˜ฑ So many things I forgot about / was tagged in and never saw. Some things left best unseen, I think! This site can be a fresh start for some.

What really sucked about losing the old site was losing all the ongoing 'help' threads that I subscribed to (as well as friends). Some had been rocking on for quite the while, including zombie threads which would get new input posted months (or longer) later.

Searched my username. Unfortunately, the search doesn't do username searches, but I was able to find replies that mentioned my name. Haha.

You're kidding right! Last I checked, the "archive" section was a jumble of crap. More of a joke then an archive.
