Not really.
If it were true, it would have predicted it long before he became President.
Further, if it were true, the defined parameter would never change (in other words, Donald would and always will be the definition of "Idiot" -)
- Which is okay by me, but there's a problem with that; when more fierce and sensible conservatives start normalizing the planet again, the definition of "Idiot" cannot be further endorsed no matter how big and salty those liberal tears flow.

Have you ever liked someone until you seen their social media?

My experience was quite the opposite.
People invest their character into social media as if they are superstars - which is fine, but....
....some people find it hard to come out of character when it's time to get back into the land of flesh and blood (aka, real reality).
You can only learn so much that is true about a person from social media - people "pad" their identity or attempt to escape it altogether. Very few people are genuinely consistent with who they are between reality and social media.
My advice; get to know them in reality.

Get some decent sleep.

Make a less demanding schedule.

Consider a vacation.

Grant yourself some simple wants and/or desires.

Take your meds.

If you are spiritual, it may be time to focus on that aspect of your life.

Find a hobby or a form of craftwork that you can release excessive energy into.

Cut down on people, social media, television and your smart phone.

Eat a better diet.

Capture that moment you begin to feel like a jerk and translate it through humor.
