I don't want to forget but I'm in a bad state making it difficult to hold the thought otherwise I'd wait to say this.

Thank you, kali, pepper, sherlock. Nay, I'm not one for excessive indulgence, but baked & decorated a nice cake.

Smiley - Much obliged, and likewise to you, fellow member of the ninth duodecimant!

Can anyone here read Chinese?

I wonder if ikari's sufficiently versed with the characters for that level of reading. (Although he would have friends who are, for sure.)

Mayhap you could try looking up the specific model instead?

If you have the time, I've managed to translate some jap text (of rather low quality) through kanjitomo, which also seems to contain an experimental chinese dictionary. But if it's more than a page it's not worth the effort, most likely.

Sometimes I miss when it was bad.

Would you say your yearning is more directed at your erst personality, or the interactions engendered by your demeanour? Or neither?

I'd say neither are completely lost, merely dormant or set aside. From what I've seen, it's difficult to attain such daily commitment in the long term. You might have to state the requirement. Mayhap initiate & reciprocate a great deal yourself. You can be stable and still have needs.

Stupidity

From a programmer's perspective, my working hypotheses can be described thus:
- If it works, it's a miracle.
- If it works as intended, it's a bigger miracle.
- If it works as intended without prior anticipation of the scenario(s), it must've been indited by the will of a deity.
Limited by mortality and poor foresight as I am, attentiveness to the user's difficulties is the most I can guarantee. Recompense for doing so, or deriving amusement from the irony & volatility, may assist in the endless cycle of amendments.

Oh yay, a chance to quote Douglas Adams! โ€œA common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.โ€

I approve of this.

I'm stuck.

I can try to sympathise, but have never had the pressure of debt, so disinclined to offer bum advice.

That's the last post I've seen regarding your finances, which was around 6mons ago. You were saving bankruptcy for a last resort because of the new job you had been going for. Betwixt now and then, has your total debt grown?
Per my understanding, you didn't really get yourself into this situation through financial misconduct nor faineance, you were swindled. Do you believe it will be easier to resume the current path? How many of your concerns would you say might be attributed or related to it?

(Kinda reminded of a short story, the necklace by guy de maupassant, if you've read it.)

Rent 350 per month.

I'd like to point out that besides rent, one should also take into account additional living expenses. Listing some along with our local prices, though I'd imagine yours would be much lower (for example rent here is more like $500 at minimum): Property tax (~$100), TV ($25), wifi (<$10), phone ($15), building committee ($30), electricity ($15 - $50), water (<$10), gas (<$2), fuel ($325), food ($250).

Oh, but I see now it's in regard to a lodger.
