Most friends live too far away to help me. Others do not have time to support me or are too unwell to. People have their own lives and struggles. There is no time for me. There was no time before and there is still no time now. When I try to reach out people do not understand. Those who understand live very far away.

Asking for help makes others more ill. And the more I reveal what I’m going through to people the more they realise they can’t help me and then eventually they stop talking with me altogether. Probably as it upsets them or they don’t know how to help. So they pretend they don’t notice you.

The only thing is, is that I can’t always talk over a phone. And I can’t always talk on here either. In fact when I have felt suicidal before I have been entire incapable of telling anyone about it and been physically incapable to either fix my life or follow suicide through.
