If I run my business at country A and I sell it to country B , I would pay tax in country A is that right?

I'm just trying to get it right! Maybe I will try to start a business.

You might have to pay taxes for Country B too I think. Thereโ€™s sales tax, and income tax, and all kinds of tariffs...

You would pay tax in the country the company is registered in. If you are only registered in country A then that's where you will get charged.

If the new owners wish to move registration to country B then that is their preogritive and at their cost.

Just make sure after the sale date you are no longer listed as a director on the official company listing.
