Two questions.

Who here has ever taken probiotics? Is there a brand that you like?

I know someone who wants a blender that can turn nuts into butter. Does anyone know of such a blender and where I can buy it?

Second question answer. A good food processor is needed. Not a blender. Get the most powerful motor you can. Nothing under 720 watts is preferred. 1200 is Best. Make small batches at a time storing it in the refrigerator. Occasionally you can find commercial grade machines on eBay.

Probiotics - kefar. One sachet can be used over and over. Just keep some left over and feed it to keep it going.

And saurkraute but it has to be made a certain way otherwise the goodness gets destroyed.

Im getting it from here. This where my private dr recommends....

Probiotics dont last long in the body ao need to keep being replaced daily.

The only way to bypass that if you lack certain beneficial bacteria is treatment of putting anothers poop with the beneficial microbes into ur body. Yuk. And then those ones stay put in the body.

I cant remember the dull explanation why.

The supplement capsules dont last long in the body either.

U can ferment ur own foods to make probiotics. Just make sure u do it correctly without the air and oxygen getting in.
