I think it's perfectly fine.
I never liked a driver that was too up-tight.
It's only in this day and age where we question things to death. In times long past it wasn't even an issue.

As mean spirited as it probably is, i'd just would have loved to see a cop press the fellows face against pavement.

But i've been in a fatal crash with a drunk driver so your milelage may vary on that. I've also been in a minor bus accident as a kid where no one got hurt but i was forced to wait on the bus an hour even though i was a small block away from my home. I'm sure if he got pulled over for what he was doing it would have immeadiately seemed less rad.

When I used to drive stoned, it felt like I was beating the land speed record, when in reality I was barely breaking the speed limit.
I'd rather be driven by someone stoned than drunk.
