My gp update ☺

He believes in M.E. he knows there is a stigma on mental health around it. He doesnt think im mentally ill. He suggested complaint on SALT. He let me record on dicterphone. He understands M.E causes mental health impact and isolation. He is aware how social services were treating me wrong and reasons for my behaviour now.

Wow. he understands more than i gave him credit for. Wow... i hope the letter i sent in to them goes alright. Wow ......... he wrote on paper to talk with me ❤ I showed him highlighted comments on MP discussions and about GET. Wow... he also knowd that some people with M.E end up sectioned..

Fingers crossed. Im writing out all my insecurities and maybe i can share them with him. Then i can quit wasting energy on them.

Seriously my life man. Definately coming back as a unicorn haha

He had thought i had been abit disrespectful at times n abit of like child ego state but i said i dobt think so. I think its cos of my cognition and aspergers. So hopefully he will take that into account

I mean if there wasnt so much stigma then i might have considered a mental health nurse haha but there is a **** load of stigma so i will think twice.

He could send me to psych to get autism diagnosis and melatonin tablets for sleep. But then id fear incase they tried to change my M.E diagnosis or give me a psychological one like MUPS or hysteria.


I have misunderstood him so much. I have lots more to get off my chest with him to feel better. But then it may make him feel bad. Then ill have to say sorry for having been so anxious hoping he would forgive me for having that anxiety

My brain is unsure again. There is alot of things he has done awfully wrong despite some have been good. I hate having such a poorly brain. People take advatage of me because its so hard for me to understand. I hate being mentally abused

I feel he has allowed others to take advantage of me. Bur he himself says he feels i have taken advantage of him and his time and told people to put boundries up even though i was fighting for me life and had nowhere and no one else to turn to
