Email set-up Question for Microsoft 365

I highly doubt anyone on here will be able to help with this, but maybe there is a random nerd on here that can help me.

I have a work email through microsoft 365. I want to use it through the regular Microsoft Outlook application.

The problem is, it can't seem to connect. When I try to add that work email, it says "Something Went Wrong" blah blah blah, if problem continues, contact your system administrator.

Problem is, my company doesn't support Outlook.

Why am I trying to use Outlook? Great Question!

You can do templates on Outlook but not Office 365 (that's horrible).

i got the same thing @ work outlook n all

is this a pc or mobile issue

aye, i get it.. ya gonna have to take it up to IT support bru. thats how i did it at my company

I would, but they don't support Outlook cus they're lazy b*****ds
