Anyone know how to cook a goat leg?

I know how, but I only know how with spice, and my husband has requested I cut back on the chilis. Anyone have a recipe that is tasty without being spicy?

Who the heck eats bland goat anyway?

I believe one of the rules is not to seek the advice of any 3-legged goats.

And add salt and pepper to taste.

Salt, pepper oregano parsley garlic and onion - try a dash of cumen. Wrap in bacon
Add small amount of water to slow cooker, cook on hi for 8 hours, on lo for another 4.

Who the heck eats goat legs is what I was wondering. I can't even get my wife to cook lamb chops.

Sam's club was out of lamb so I went looking for some at the international market and saw goat, hadn't had it in a while. You should get some. Prepared right with plenty of chilis, it's delicious.

I'd cook it much like I cook everything else: throw it in a pot with a buncha other ****shit, boil the piss outta it, hope for the best. My dogs are well fed.
