I was editing an album that's PRIVATE.
I get it. The internet isn't private. But these photos are not exactly something I'm ashamed of but I understand that is not socially acceptable and it is disturbing to most. I definitely dont qant anyone who knows me too see them but if someone were to hack it or whatever and see it I dont care. They'd regret it.

The photos are just for myself.

I dont know HOW but I guess I sent my sister the photos rather then posting them. I think..?

And these are gory. Like my face covered in blood. Self inflicted injuries, suicide plans, just bad stuff. All photos of me and whatever. Photos others would find disturbing.

Well all a sudden my big sister sends me a message "you okay?"
And right above her message was my whole album of PRIVATE photos.
I said
"Oh. That was suppose to be private"
I had thought some how my album was public when it was supposed to be for ME ONLY and she saved all the photos to her phone and sent them to me to confront me.
But I checked the album settings and it was private.
Turns out she didnt send the photos to me but somehow she got the photos sent to her. Like they were sent to her by me!

Yet they were in my album. And I dont know how she got them because if I made a mistake and sent them to her how would they get in my album??
It's 4am so maybe I'm tired and made a mistake. I just dont know how that's possible because I clearly remember doing it right.

Luckily I played it cool with my sis. I was like "opps" and explained it was a mistake and that I didn't mean to send it and she seemed relieved and accepted that. In my family we've always laughed off my mental issues like suicide attempts and hospital stays for tension relief. They are on a strict need to know basis. The only time they find anything out is when I havent got a choice anymore.

I'm motified because this was my private photos meant for me. They document the times I'm not the most sound which is embarrassing and not something you want someone else to see.

Its very embarrassing and while externally I'm playing it cool. Internally I'm freaking out.

Not sure why you would put them on anything even close to resembling the Internet. But there they are, for anyone to see. Apparently. What is done is done. Accept it or deny, deny, deny.

What's done is done. Just reassure your sister that these pictures are private for your own reasons and you didn't mean to upset her with them, they aren't a cry for help. Maybe some good will come of it in the long run, maybe greater trust and understanding of each other.
