Iโ€™m a contractor so technically management is not the boss of me! So the only thing I could complain about is people in the office who are being mean, inconsiderate, or incompetent. Which would spread fast lol.

I wish I could do that! There is way too much gossip and drama in our office already - I definitely donโ€™t need to contribute to it. If I complain to one person, about anything, even non-work related issues, everyone knows by the end of the day.

Well @BuckingFastard(JN) - thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m aiming for so I guess thatโ€™s good. I donโ€™t like it when people feel sorry for me. Whatโ€™s the point? Itโ€™s totally unhelpful. Complaining doesnโ€™t really get you anywhere, either. But sometimes I get overwhelmed and, well, I canโ€™t keep it inside all the time, right? ๐Ÿ˜Š

Honestly, I feel like my life is a disaster most of the time lately. But I put on my smile and suck it up everyday. Thatโ€™s what everyone does!

Maybe Iโ€™ll have a better dream tomorrow :)

How do you stop a panic attack.

I have panic attacks. These arenโ€™t long term solutions, but they help in the moment:

1. My mom told me to sit down if I was standing or stand up if Iโ€™m sitting. Basically change what Iโ€™m doing physically. Thatโ€™s helped me a little bit.

2. Drinking water helps.

3. I have an app called โ€œCalmโ€. Itโ€™s free and it helps me.

4. Put on a Pilates or yoga video and stretch it out. I really like the ones on YouTube (Yoga with Adrienne)

5. Write it down! Whatever youโ€™re thinking/feeling, put it down somewhere. I used to keep a journal but Now Iโ€™ll pull out my phone and jot down my feelings in my notes section when Iโ€™m having an anxiety attack.

Whenever I feel depressed or lonely, I can come on this site and just instantly feel a little bit better. Itโ€™s just such a huge part of my past that itโ€™s calming, stable, and reassuring.

I've come to realize people aren't friendly.

I think the problem is that people just donโ€™t listen to others anymore. All they think about is what their next response will be. Itโ€™s not that they canโ€™t be bothered to be kind. Itโ€™s that theyโ€™re too busy focusing on themselves.
