I can't stand human contact

The way how u offer in a very black and white way with friendship, it's all or nothing, makes makes me think of autism.

The black and white thinking can be a part of it.

I've learnt that we are "supposed" to get to know someone before we put trust in them.

But this is sometimes my approach that I have taken too.

I've found it hard to understand the point of having aquaintance type relationships. People with those relationships often seem to wear a mask of trying to appear in in a way that conforms to societies expectations.

I never really understood how to wear a mask. Trying to wear one just felt so wrong and so much hard work to pretend.

But not everyone like me as I don't wear that mask.

But there are people out there who greatly appreciate those who have no need for a mask.

Am I making sense? Can you relate to any of this?

I can't stand human contact

I've been following a page on fb called the girl with the curly hair.

And I managed to read almost all of one of her books.

It's given me a lot of insight. Even if one didn't have autism or aspergers I still think it's it's a good read.

Some parts I can relate to and some parts in her book some more severely affected.

Maybe I don't even have it but I can sure relate to it. I used to spend hours and hours online trying to find out what was wrong with me in my teenage years.

The way people treated me made me feel like there was something wrong with me. I just never used to fit.

I couldn't relate to them. My interests were different to their. A group of people could talk together and I'd be present like a statue like I were invisible. Like no one would notice if I disappeared.

But now I know that it's OK to be different. And there will always be some who love you for exactly who you are, flaws and quirks included.

No one will ever be everyone's cup of tea. So might as well live life how we want to and not how others expect us to.

This might sounds like an unusual response but do you know much about autism?

I've had some messed up times and felt like I didn't fit. I've been suicidal and self harmed. I've struggled to understand human nature before. I'm 28 now and my sister mentioned aspergers to me and I feel like it's been the missing piece of my life and now my life makes sense.

I think it must be mild but it answers all the unanswered questions.
I was initially offended by my sis suggesting it. But as time has gone by it makes more sense to me. (I'm not diagnosed).

But what if u might have it to some degree? It affects each one differently.

Maybe you don't have it but if you hate being touched and you separate yourself from people for long times .. .. and depression tends to happen with it too.

Someone with autism struggles to relate to others. Aspergers do too but they're better at learning how people interact with each other and adapting to social expectations.

But not understanding people can make one feel very lonely and empty with no purpose.

For light sensitivity of artificial light on devices, what is the best product to filter out the light, mostly the blue light in particular?

The opposite color of blue is yellow.

You can try layering a thin sheet of yellow plastic over the screen.

I think it would filter down the blue spectrum and make it lean more toward gray (or black and white).

I'm not entirily sure but it's worth a try.

Thank u. I'm not sure how it would work but its worth thinking about.

I can't even choose a desktop background like used to be able to on the old XPs.

Then I'd have picked black lol

I don't know if you're running Win 10 on your rig, but the nighlight mode might come in handy. Also, the blue spectrum can be monkeyed around with via Intel Graphics Settings or the AMD equivalent.

Thank you. I don't really understand the technological language you're using. I'm not good with computers. Especially these new ones. I'm well out of date.

Oh this one is quite a new one. Although my cousin said it was an old one. I'll have to find model out tomorrow when mam can help (if I remember).

My cousin who gave it to me put flux on it but even at lowest light it is still too bright. But lowest light is quite red too.

But it's not just the brightness. Even the red glow affects me if it's too.. strong?

Am I even making any sense?

I'd like for the white main screen to be black instead.

I'd like to try white words on black screen.

Infact trying grey words on black screen would be good to try.

I dunno how.

Computers are all gibberish these days. They got so many options to pick from, theres so much to process. It gets me confused.
XP was better lol

I don't know why u don't also hate yourself if u hate all humans. You're human too.

I totally get it if u don't like people. We r greedy. We trash the earth... but what makes you so different to the rest of us?
