Has anyone seen my lost dog?

I commented on one of his posts on FB this morning and I'm using the Dr. Ralph avatar there too now... lol. Asked him if he liked it. I'm going to keep gently reminding him. And yeah he did get mad when he got that lifetime ban and I'm pretty sure the same mods we have now are the ones who did that to him. Maybe he won't be back. I never understood it, he was off topic too much? Half the comments on this site are off topic.

He's just using you and being a jerk about it. Your husband knows but he can't pick sides and alienate his dad. Find a better job first and then quit. Offer to stay with him for a hefty raise. Treat him the way he treats you, that's what I'd do. Heck that's pretty much what I do anyway. At first I thought this post was about me.. lol.

I have 2 room mates living in my basement.

I would go ahead and buy them both a gift and keep the receipt. Half the Christmas presents bought get returned anyway. We had a Jehovah's Witness family in our neighborhood, twin girls and my mom bought them birthday presents one time and they had to give them back. They were crying when their mom made them do it, it was very awkward.

There was also a really pretty girl in my class that was JW and she wasn't allowed to date anyone that wasn't also a JW and she didn't like it much either. She used to sit next to me and tell me how bad she wanted to go out. She left the church as soon as she moved out of her parent's house. The whole family disowned her.

I remember her sister was the Homecoming Queen in high school and her date was like this guy that was 30. It was kind of strange. It's tough on children to have to adhere to all these rules that basically punish them.

It sounds like this guy is on the fence about his religion too. I'd give him a present just to see what happens... a really nice one. ha

Look, JZ made this post regarding an episode experienced while in a heightened estate of consciencness. I consider it a cry by the subconscious to get help. I do not think it is a post for others to praise use of other hallucinatory drugs to escape reality. I don't think any of us want some 11-15 year old to read this and think taking illegal drugs are perfectly safe and as a result, dies from them.

If Jebus wants it we should offer our help. Period.

I know right? I'll never be able to think about the Robert Palmer girls again without throwing up a little in my mouth. Ewww.... and what about the Zagar and Evans guys you posted a link to in the minor key music question? I remember being in 3rd grade when that "In the Year 2525" song came out and it was on the radio all summer long. That was a weird one too, of course everything going on in the 60's was kind of out there compared to what had come before.
