What does it mean when you look into someoneโ€™s eyes and feel something and is that even possible?

i wouldnt know im bad at eye contact.

eye contact induces trust..

i've been burned before.. so trust its a heavy matter for me.

How would you take this if you were a manager?

in my 20 yrs of working.. last minute tasks is plain bad management on their part. my rule is..

i work 8 hours a day.. if you have me around for 8 hours with nothing to do but until something important needs to deliver at the end of the 8 hour shift..

once or twice a year .. OK.. every time? i'll take care of it tmw morning otherwise eat ****shit!

Do other people ever feel like this?..

i do believe self-confinement with ease of the internet access invites people to isolation. Even people on their phones go out pretending to be social but still brain locked on to social media is a bit ironic.

i've been socially inept for a long time.. but when i do go out i have to get into character because my anxiety gets real troublesome when i try to " just be my self "

so i guess with what your saying.. i'll say i'm an unrealistic character in reality.

to be truly free from it.. prob need some companion for that one.

gonna throw some company statistics

90 percent are a bunch of "zeros" who limp around not working or needs to be told what to do.

5 percent are a bunch of "justified half-*****asses" who feel like the work they do does not pay. so they wiggle their way doing sufficient work

3 percent are "number ones" who just stick to only the adequate work thats required

2 percent "twice the person they are" who do x2 times the work to prove what their capable of

hmm maybe not entirely accurate .. but yes it nearly illustrates the picture.

I'm in the 5% kind of employee I guess.

I feel that most jobs do not pay worth the work you're doing so why do a really bad ***ass job? If you want to waste my time underpaying me? Why should I step up and give you a badass service or product? If I feel like you're jipping me it's not going to make me bend over backwards to give you an awesome experience. Sorry.

Tough ****shit.

Show me some money and I'll put all I've got into it. If you want to undercut me you're just a piece of ****shit. And there's a lot more pieces of ****shit than those willing to pay a fair fee for a fair product or service.

i do appreciate your justification on this matter. i did too for a while and then they started wondering why i wasn't working twice as hard. this did bother me on how i was like look you effin idiots.. if your running a restaurant.. the cook sticks to cooking.. he does not host/wait/clean/stock when you got other people for that!

so guess what i went x2 after that.. and went on to waiting on my luck. tho on the brightside.. the longer it goes.. i do become more righteious in a way because they know the grand benefit of having me working there. so i can add the years of excellence and use it against them. this is my game plan. im just hoping it works.

i really dont want to look for another job btw
