apparently folks.. head manager was too tired to have a review so its been postponed :/

gonna throw some company statistics

90 percent are a bunch of "zeros" who limp around not working or needs to be told what to do.

5 percent are a bunch of "justified half-*****asses" who feel like the work they do does not pay. so they wiggle their way doing sufficient work

3 percent are "number ones" who just stick to only the adequate work thats required

2 percent "twice the person they are" who do x2 times the work to prove what their capable of

hmm maybe not entirely accurate .. but yes it nearly illustrates the picture.

my female cousin said to me..

worst place to work is an all female environment.
plently of pikers (people who always try to get out of actual work) and full of excuses ( full of reasons not to work )

no wonder managers/ bosses get kinda of upset.

whats wrong with the picture is when they point at you to get the job done.

just the other day i was talking to a like minded co-worker.. about how we're a diverse company.. and the ladies ( not all ) tend to make the most mistakes and get away with it.. a promotion even... and im thinking .. im near perfect endlessly actually preventing the daily mistakes or catching the errors saving millions of dollars.

came up with the saying.. when anything goes wrong.. the girls get rewarded, and the boys are punished. so whats wrong with the picture here.
